Notes on E-mail communication
Communication per E-mail has certain disadvantages due to technical reasons. For example, unencrypted E-mail messages sent via the Internet may be read by unauthorised persons (lack of confidentiality) or even changed (lack of integrity). The sender of an E-mail may also be changed (lack of authenticity). Please note when sending E-mails to my email account, that this form of communication does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of the message. Therefore decide very carefully which information you want to send us per E-mail.
We are currently still not able to offer you a generally recognised signature and encryption procedure to secure E-mail communication. As it is possible to change the sender of an E-mail and the contents of an E-mail message, we reserve the right, for both your safety and ours, to ask for return confirmation before we accept the content of the message as binding for us. Please do not send us any unsolicited advertising or any orders per E-mail.
Storage of IP addresses
Information about IP addresses will be saved in the respective infrastructure components (especially in logfiles of the web servers / firewall) for the purpose of providing the service. The IP addresses will additionally be stored for web-reporting purposes for a period of 7 days. No attempt is made to match the personal data in the application with the IP address from which the access was made.
When using the website, parts of the data which your browser transmits to the server will be collected and saved. This typically includes information about:
- the host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- the time of the server request
- the address of the visited website
- Amount of sent bytes
These data generally cannot be matched to individual persons - and accordingly, not to you personally. Neither are the data compared with other data, nor are they combined with other data, for that purpose. The logfile data are also not used for statistical evaluation purposes.
Collection and processing of personal data
This website only collects, processes and uses personal data to the extent technically required. You can generally visit the Kitaro House web page without having to impart personal data. Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold, or transferred to third parties to an extent beyond that set out in this Data Privacy Notice.
Personal data will only be collected and processed if you enter them for e.g. ordering information materials or because you wish to create a reference securities tracking account, in which case, they will only be used for that purpose. These data are encrypted before being transmitted to prevent misuse by third parties.
Right of access and public index of procedures
At your request, we will provide you - in accordance with prevailing law - with written details of the personal data we have stored on you, if any.
